Dan and his team have been helping me with this Golf R I recently purchased and advising me in how to get it maintained and running to my standards. I considered the Canton VW dealer downtown and one other long standing European car shop in the canton area for this work. Due to previous experience there, positive reviews about Braucher’s online, and a recommendation from a local Chevy dealer who uses Braucher’s for all of their euro-car inspections and repairs, I gave them a try. I’m very glad I did. I feel like I’m given options and recommendations but it’s ultimately my decision on how I want to proceed. They definitely know these specialized engines and older German models too. They stand behind their work and value their customers. They’ve replaced a totally failed turbo for me, as well as walnut blasted the intake valves and replaced fuel injectors. They use OE and premium brand parts, not cheap junk. Don’t take my word for it, give them a try and see for yourself.

I really liked how they explained things and presented options. It felt more like a conversation than a pure business transaction. My Z3 is great shape thanks to them, and I saved a good bit of money compared to dealership estimates.

I had an issue with my BMW and was diagnosed and told that it would cost me $6000 by my local BMW dealership. A co worker referred me to Brauchers. I dropped my car off at 7am. By 9am I received a call saying that my cost would be $900. By 2 pm they called to say that my car was ready to pick up and yes, just $900! I know where my vehicles will be going from now on. They we're very professional and detailed in explaining what was going on with my car. I highly recommend them!

Dan and his team are top notch. I was looking for a high quality European garage and this is definitely the place. Dan worked with me on part selection and quickly got me scheduled and my car back the same week. Pricing was very fair and the knowledge on Mercedes is great. My first experience will definitely not be my last.
